Frugal Fiction's Submission Form

I have read and agree to abide by the Full TERMS OF USE provisions of Frugal Fiction LLC (which may be referred to as FrugalFiction.com, FrugalFiction.net or Frugal Fiction). Further, I accept the following AUTHOR SPECIFIC covenants also spelled out in the full TERMS OF USE document:

1) Restrictions on Use.

You shall use the site for lawful purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through the site any material that (i) violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, (ii) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, or (iii) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.

2) Without Frugal Fiction’s express prior approval, you shall not post or transmit through the site any material that contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. You shall not use the site to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation, including, without limitation, the solicitation of users to become subscribers of other on-line information services. Any conduct by you that in the sole discretion of Frugal Fiction restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the site will not be permitted.

3.  Payment Terms.

All eBooks hosted by Frugal Fiction are sold at $3.99 US (three dollars and ninety-nine cents US).

If Frugal Fiction sells your authored content, and we receive payment, Frugal Fiction will pay the author, one dollar ($1.00 US) per unit, payable as follows:
a) In order to receive author revenue payments from Frugal Fiction, you will have to provide your name, address, and phone number. Frugal Fiction will make a good faith effort to pay you, using this contact information.
b) Payments will be made quarterly: Sales 1/1 through 3/31 will be paid by 4/30; Sales 4/1 through 6/30 will be paid by 7/31; Sales 7/1 through 9/30 will be paid by 10/31, and Sales 10/1 through 12/31 will be paid by 1/31 the year following.
c) Authors whose monthly sales volume exceeds fifty units will be paid by the 30th day of the month following. 
d) If you request author payment via PayPal, we will require your PayPal username in order to process your payment. 
e) If your volume is less than twenty-dollars in a quarter ($20.00 US) Frugal Fiction reserves the right to forego payment until the quarter when the twenty-dollar threshold is met.
f) All payments are made in U.S. dollars.

4) Your earnings through Frugal Fiction are subject to State and Federal tax laws. Therefore, in order to receive payment, you will have to complete the Taxpayer Information section. We ask for your SSN, TIN, or EIN for the sole purpose of issuing a 1099 form for your earnings.

If you are not a US taxpayer, you can select the “Not a US Taxpayer,” option in the drop down box and you will not have to enter a SSN, TIN, or EIN.

5) If you have published material to Frugal Fiction as an Author, that material may remain in some form on the site even after you request Frugal Fiction to remove your submission, particularly if you have granted permission for it to be used as part of a collaborative project that exists elsewhere on the site.

6) It is your responsibility to update your contact information if it changes. You may correct, update, delete, or deactivate personal information by contacting us at frugalfiction@hotmail.com. 
            
If your account is inactive or terminated and we are unable to contact you using the contact information provided, we may also, at our discretion, charge a termination fee equal to the amount of unpaid Author revenue to cover administrative costs.

7. Discontinuing Content
If you wish to discontinue offering your authored works through Frugal Fiction, please notify frugalfiction@hotmail.com with a specific request to do so. If you choose to discontinue your authored works through Frugal Fiction, it will no longer be available for sale or visible to other visitors. Frugal Fiction will not retain any residual rights, any obligations to or sales of the author’s work.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Frugal Fiction may terminate or suspend this Agreement immediately for any reason and without prior notice to you. You may terminate this Agreement by contacting frugalfiction@hotmail.com with a specific request to do so. Your request to terminate will become effective within 30 days after receipt of your specific request has been acknowledged by Frugal Fiction. If you choose to terminate, the terms of this Agreement regarding any Content you have submitted remain applicable. All provisions of this Agreement relating to payment, commissions, service fees, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and proprietary rights shall survive termination.
